PerformanceReports Automated Reporting

Track your shop’s progress by receiving a Daily Performance Report in your email each day. These 15 Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) show you how your business is doing compared to last year, down to the exact day.  Receiving the report requires that your computer be left on overnight with access to the Internet. The email will be sent to your Mitchell 1 account email by default and can be sent to additional email locations as requested.

Download Automated Reporting Monitor

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST INSTALL AND ALLOW THE PERFORMANCEREPORT APPLICATION TO RUN OVERNIGHT AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE OF VIEWING YOUR REPORTS FOR THE FIRST TIME. BY DEFAULT YOUR REPORT CALCULATIONS ASSUME A FIVE DAY WORK WEEK WHEN CALCULATING THE NUMBER OF BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE MONTH. TO REQUEST A CHANGE TO THE NUMBER OF BUSINESS DAYS BEING REPORTED PER WEEK TO SIX OR SEVEN, SEND YOUR REQUEST TO: PERFORMANCECENTER@MITCHELL1.COM. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR MITCHELL 1 ACCOUNT NUMBER.

NOT RECEIVING YOUR EMAIL REPORT?

YOU MAY STOP RECEIVING YOUR DAILY EMAIL REPORT IF THE EMAIL GETS STOPPED BY YOUR SPAM FILTER. PLEASE GO TO YOUR SPAM FILTER AND ALLOW EMAILS FROM THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESS: PERFORMANCECENTER@MITCHELL1.COM.

If you have any questions about the requirements, please review our current System Requirements document.

 Performance Reports Monitor Configuration

The Performance Reports Monitor configuration dialog box is where you set your extraction time and make other system settings. You can launch the configuration dialog box (pictured left) at any time by clicking on the Performance Reports icon in your system tray (bottom right corner of your Windows desktop).

Initially, the extraction default time is 9:00 pm. This time was selected to not interfere with your normal business hours and allow enough time for the extraction utility to complete its tasks. The first time you run the utility, the computer must be powered on with the shop management software running. After the initial extract, if the computer is shut down at the extraction time, it will run automatically when management system is started.

·         To change the Current extract time, delete displayed time and type in desired extract time.

·         To keep selected extract time as new default, select appropriate check box. Click refresh.

·         To minimize Performance Reports Monitor, click Hide Log
